Boasting over 10 years of experience, Justin has proven himself to be a dominant force in the industry. From startups to Fortune 500 companies in Business-to-Consumer and Business-to-Business, Justin’s expertise includes web design, online marketing, analytics, and e-commerce.
In 2002, Justin joined Alienware where he manages Alienware’s global websites, responsible for design, front-end coding, web analytics and a part of the online demand generation team (email, SEO, search, CPM, and affiliates). By 2005, Justin had earned Alienware’s Employee of the Year award. In 2006, he received Omniture’s first OmniAward for Best Ongoing Marketing Optimization.
Justin’s insight and skills have led Alienware through various website redesigns and performance-driven optimizations while developing Alienware’s global online strategy and best practices. His enormous contribution to the company increased their online revenue by over 150 million dollars in less than six years. Dell took notice of Alienware's extreme year over year growth and acquired the company in 2006 as the next big brand in the gaming industry. He currently serves as the Director of E-Commerce and Lead Designer to continue pushing Alienware’s brand, design, and e-commerce strategy to the next level.
In May 2008, Justin decided to explore his entrepreneurial side and start his own personal website, Obey Your Users. Obey Your Users focuses on out-of-the-box thinking in web design and e-commerce. Justin coined this style of thinking as “User Creative E-Commerce”.
